Ginger Turmeric Chicken Ingredients:
Carrot 1/2 cup
Pineapple 1/6
Apple 1/2 cup
Lemon 1/6
MULV 1 sachet
Ice cubes Few
Methods:
  1. Rinse and peel the carrot, apple, lemon and then cut them into pieces.
  2. Remove the skin and eyes of the pineapple and cut into smaller cubes.
  3. Place the fruits, ice cubes and water into the blender.
  4. Then mix with one sachet of MULV.
  5. Serve immediately.
